During their visits, they explored real-world applications of the auto body repair industry, including:

CTE Culinary students are back in the competition with another mouthwatering creation! For the second year in a row, CTE Culinary students burger will be featured at Crave during this year’s Burger Battle.
Introducing the Sweet and Smoky Burger: a flavor-packed masterpiece featuring bacon jam, lime aioli, and pineapple salsa. 🌟 Our talented Culinary team poured their hearts into crafting this top-notch burger, and we couldn’t be prouder of their achievement!

Last week, Tim Lalim from Journey Construction visited the CTE Academy to spotlight exciting career opportunities in the construction industry! 🏗️
Welding students expressed strong interest in careers focused on structural steel erection, while automotive students explored opportunities in mechanical repair for a variety of equipment.

On Thursday, December 12th, AOF and Human Services students had the incredible opportunity to learn about Cars For Sale and the exciting business opportunities it offers in our community.
We’re so grateful for the chance to connect with great leaders who are helping shape our future business professionals. The students enjoyed every moment—and the treats and drinks were such a thoughtful bonus!

Last week, students from the CTE Academy’s Automotive classes had an exciting opportunity to visit Butler Machinery in Sioux Falls! 🚗✨
The field trip provided valuable insights into the company and the wide range of opportunities it offers students across multiple career paths. Students learned about the benefits of pursuing a career with Butler Machinery, including educational support, potential earnings, and growth opportunities within the company.
